Our Special Wedding Public Liability Insurance Coverage is custom-made for your needs, and you can choose the level of protection accordingly: from 100,000 to 10,000,000 (£, €, $US or AU$).

You can also choose the amount of your personal deductible: from 1,000 to 10,000 (£, €, $US or AU$).

You must have all the necessary documentation and permits required to conduct your wedding.

Only applicants with a clean loss record are considered. When applying for this insurance plan you must provide proof that you have not been subject to previous claims made or filed against you. Additionally, you must affirm that you have no knowledge of possible future claims against you.

This policy is based on dual liability coverage: coverage is limited to claims that occur during the effective period of the policy and are made not later then 12 months after the expiration of the effective period of the policy. You can not extend coverage for Retroactive Dates, or extend coverage to cover future claims resulting from occurrences happening during the period of insurance, beyond the stated 12 months limit. For the additional features the period allowed to report a claim is 12 days only.

This policy can be extended to cover your employees as a Business Owner (employees or subcontractors and administrative employees – such as secretaries etc.).

Premiums are bulk for the policy, stated in £, €, $US or AU$, and payable in one single payment upon commencement of the insurance period.
