In order to help you make the right decision for your insurance needs, you may go to any of our Policy Wordings or Annexes, and read them, either on line or by printing them out. In this way, you ensure that you know exactly what is covered by the policy you are planning to purchase, and all of the relevant restrictions, limitations and exclusions therein.

How do I know which Policy Wording is relevant to me?
Hereunder, you will find the Tables of our Policy Wordings and Annexes.

If you are already insured with Sinclair:

• Go to the Wordings related to your Policy Symbol (your Policy Symbol is the first two letters of your policy number, such as: AR, AE, CH, HA, etc.).
• Check that your policy number is within the range for which the wording is valid.
• Click on the PDF symbol of the relevant line to open the wording file.

If you have taken a quote with Sinclair:

• Go to the Wordings related to your Quote Symbol (your Quote Symbol is the first two letters of your quote number, such as: AR, AE, CH, HA, etc.).
• Refer to the last valid wording for that Quote Symbol.
• Click on the PDF symbol of the relevant line to open the wording file.

If you are looking for information for any reason:

• Choose the last valid wording of the Policy Type you are interested in (Policy Type is the name of the insurance policy, such as: Architects and Engineers Comprehensive Liability, World Travelers, etc.).
• Click on the PDF symbol of the relevant line to open the wording file.
