Sinclair's two programs (Single Project or Annual Open Cover) are designed to comply with the contractor's needs. This three parts policy is giving solutions where you need them: Contractual Works, Third Party and Employers' Liability or Workmen's Compensation.

The type of cover provided in this policy enables you, the contractor, to concentrate on what you do best: construction works, electricity works or any other type of contractual job this cover is designed to accompany and protect.

In the recent years, we found that many contractors are in need for a fair priced cover. The significant increase in rates in many countries in recent years brought many medium and small size contractors to check alternative markets, as they cannot afford the new pricing.

Sinclair is very conservative as far as underwriting requirements are concerned, but we try to be reasonable with our rates and premium charges.

However, we know the market, we may use professionals to assist our underwriting decisions by making a pre-cover survey and we quote fair premiums with affordable premium financing plans.
