In the occurrence of a claim or whenever an incident arises that might evolve into
a claim, please notify us immediately.
It is of the utmost importance, when forwarding correspondence to Sinclair, that
you specify your policy number, the date and time that the incident occurred as
well as complete and accurate details concerning your claim.
Upon receiving your claim, we will assign a claim reference number along with all
necessary instructions to insure that you remain informed regarding the progress
of your request.
Whenever the services of a loss adjuster or claim representative are required, the
adjuster and/or representative will be appointed from a professional local firm
nearby you and they will personally contact you.
Loss adjusters work on our behalf. Both the appointed loss adjuster and us share
a common interest and that is to efficiently provide the most competent and professional
services available, within the range of the insurance coverage that you purchased.
In cases of Third Party liability, we are providing a "First Letter of Demand" form
that you may download, print and fill out to send directly to the Third Party. Please
