All intermediaries with whom we work must be authorized by the local regulating authorities in their state, territory or country.
It has been our experience that despite the service and care we provide our customers, some of them prefer direct contact with an insurance agent they know. We understand and respect this preference, and are aware of the vital roll an insurance agent plays in the decision a customer makes regarding the purchase of insurance and the service that they receive. Therefore, we allow appointment of local insurance agents to handle customers' policies.
